A LOT OF DIVERS GET INTROUBLE WITH SMB AS THEY HAVE ONE BUT NEVER USE THEM AND WHEN THEY DO THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEMS START

I thought the standard colours were orange for standard deployment, and Yellow if your in the sh*t!

Myself I use a spool and not a reel, if the sh*t hits the fan you just let it go.

I think most problems occur when people deploy their SMB with the Reel still attached to themselves (read the article in last months Diver magazine)

i no a lot of boat skippers say the yellow ones are crap should be banned as they can't see them when on surface when sunny
